碳酸飲料吹灌旋一體機(jī)適用于PET、PE、PP、PS等各種塑料包裝容器。可以選擇超潔凈型和潔凈型版本，全自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)瓶、離子除塵、瓶滅菌、灌裝（稱重或流量計(jì)）、蓋滅菌、擰蓋、出瓶、封口采用防盜塑蓋擰蓋或鋁膜蓋熱封。具備一鍵切換功能，各種瓶型切換在人機(jī)界面上按鍵實(shí)現(xiàn)。

吹瓶機(jī)：PET輕量瓶：5.5g瓶胚吹制350ml,9.8g瓶胚吹制500ml；

PET厚壁瓶：乳品類厚壁瓶，吹制壁厚0.3-0.4mm，伊利、蒙牛等乳企使用；

灌裝機(jī)：

1.       純凈水或天然泉水設(shè)計(jì)的灌裝閥：流速快，液位控制精準(zhǔn)，獨(dú)立無(wú)污染帶回流系統(tǒng)，優(yōu)化的閥體結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)徹底的CIP清洗，代表國(guó)內(nèi)灌裝技術(shù)的高水平。

2.       水線和熱灌裝閥：一個(gè)閥灌多種不同液態(tài)產(chǎn)品，兼容飲料和水實(shí)現(xiàn)用一臺(tái)灌裝機(jī)完成。

3.       含氣和非含氣飲料灌裝閥兼容共用。
